The case against the 80-slide deck

The deck is not the work.

Somewhere along the way, our industry confused the artifact with the outcome. Eighty slides of rationale rarely make the work better — they just make it slower.

We replaced the deck with the thing itself: real layouts, real copy, real motion, shown in context. It’s more vulnerable and far more useful. Clients react to what they can actually feel.
